Alec and I decided to take a weekend getaway to Nashville, Tennessee. We spent four days there, which was the perfect amount of time to explore the city. Here’s a little look at our mini vacay.
Where we stayed

We stayed in East Nashville, which was a 10-minute drive to the hub of the city. The neighborhood was quiet and had a borough feel to it, like Queens or Brooklyn. We loved being close to all the tourist spots but liked that we had access to a more neighboorhood feel.

Things to See
Amelia’s Flower Truck
This cute flower truck travels around Nashville. You can create a personal floral arrangement or take aesthetically pleasing photos for Instagram. I, of course, just took pictures, because who could resist?

12 South
Nashville has many beautiful photo-worthy wall murals. Most of them are located in the 12 south neighboorhood. You can find the ‘I Believe in Nashville’ and the Draper James mural right across from one another. Be prepared to wait in line because it does get crowded.

Printers Alley

Broadway
This strip is home to all the honky-tonks. I would recommend spending a night out on Broadway bar hopping. One of our favorite spots for nightlife was the Gulch.

John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge
This Pedestrian Bridge has a great view of the skyline.. which leads to great photos!
